I have no idea what inspired me to do this. I put Mickey Mouse, Ice King, Danny Devito, and added chins with a mono brow. My favorite part so far was making plans for the nose. A challenge is making the nose. I have thoughts of using actual glass in a frame for glasses, and a giant stick for the nose. The C̷̼̼͘̚Ḣ̵͈̥I̷̛͜Ṉ̵̩́͜͠S̴̪͊ are going to be beautiful.

I chose to represent my life connection with old technology. I chose this because I have a deep respect for old tech. Zeppelins have a rigid frame, which can be visibly seen, so I cut out parts between the frame sections, so the frame stood out. This represents me because I have a liking towards zeppelins. Some successes include the name of the airship, which came out nice, and a little biplane. Some challenges were that one of the frame pieces came off, and another challenge was getting the nose the right shape.
My project displays personal meaning by the detail of the ship. It's years of drawing put into one drawing, a ship that I made almost one year ago, when I combined the Olympic and Lusitania into one ship. I thought a lot about how this ship would look in real life, since it's such a massive ship. I thought about this a lot simply because it's such a unique ship in how it's made. I'm pleased the most with how much detail went into the ship, with shading and windows in the promenade deck, which I've never done before. Another thing is the new addition of a place for zeppelins to moor onto on the stern. Two things I'd do differently is perhaps added some light shadow to the funnels, and made some more realistic water, but time restraints didn't allow for it.I'm doing the graffiti art. I've always wanted to make an angled drawing of my ship but I haven't found an opportunity for it yet. I'm finishing superstructure detail at this point. Some challenges so far is actually angling the lines the right way. Some successes so far is how smooth the lines are.I was working on the science mural. I enjoyed doing the red paint the most. A challenging part of the mural was painting the top. My favorite job of the mural was painting the red. This will make the school environment feel less lonely.I chose the vase because it resembles a cannon. Cannons inspired the design. Some of my own ideas (in making parts for this) was using the clay carver tool (that has a hole) to make the prongs on the side. I'm better at making tall and smooth clay things now. One of my successes was the bottom section of the vase, it was really smooth and balanced. One challenge was the top section, it widens out near the end and was difficult to keep straight. My thoughts on adding color is making the barrel completely black, and making the rings red.My project show's a theme by showing certain parts of a steam machine. My project shows variation by zooming in on certain parts in panels. I enjoyed using markers the most because it gives a smooth line if the marker is new. I'm happy with how smooth the lines came out, because I don't do so well with large details on large pictures. I'm also happy with how shading came out, since I had to draw some parts before others and it's difficult to do it right the first time. I would improve transition and making things the same in other panels, because some panels have a part that the other doesn't. I would also redo some shading because some parts looks different or the same with parts they're not supposed to. I felt as if this project was more work than play, mainly because I had to look for a working marker constantly because all the other red markers were dead.
I tried using something called a sponge brush. This is my favorite piece because the sponge brush gave the red paint an effect I've been trying to find for a long time. I want to sue the sponge brush in later art projects.Everything that I did with this was new. The thing I enjoyed most was things I cut out. I suppose the things that I would like to use again is the cut out things.I tried using charcoal pencils. Of this, my favorite is the charcoal, because it's the only new thing I did. As said, the charcoal was my favorite using. Something I hope to use more is the charcoal, mainly because it lasts longer than a pencil and it doesn't break as easily. The space being improved is the south hallway. No one really gathers there, but they walk down it to get to class. The space isn't working because it's a long strip of one color, and just seems empty. My design improves the space because it adds a pattern to the wall, instead of being one color. The space being improved is the Ag room. Students who take Ag gather there. The space isn't working because it feels too empty. My design improves the space because it features a machine built for agriculture.
